Studio Yoga Classes with Julie Brunton

Following a very successful career as a professional dancer, Julie qualified as a yoga teacher with The British School of Yoga in 2001.  Julie brings a very holistic approach to her yoga classes, weaving Reiki Healing into her beautiful Yin Yoga practice. Julie is a Body Code Health Practioner and light worker, teaching self healing techniques for all of  her students to empower themselves.
